Problems Downloading with Internet Explorer 9
If you're unable to download Fast-Backup using Internet Explorer, it might be that the "SmartScreen Filter" is preventing the download from working. You can either turn off the SmartScreen Filter by following these steps on Microsoft's web site or you can allow the download to continue by following the steps below:-
Your Anti-Virus Software Blocks the Download
If you see one of the following error messages in your web browser when trying to download Fast-Backup (see the images below), it is because your anti-virus software has blocked your connection to our web site, restricting you from completing the download.
To fix the problem, temporarily stop or disable your anti-virus software, then try the download again. Of course, once you've downloaded the software successfully, remember to renable your anti-virus software again.
